G'day...

My name is Wil Anderson, but feel free to call me Wil. (Or if you like “Ando The Comedy Commando” but try as I might that has never really caught on.)

But I digress. Welcome to my new website. Whether you are looking for a laugh, trying to find some gig info, procrastinating at work, or if this is just what came up when you typed “big willy” into Google, I hope there is something here to amuse, inform or entertain you.

Please take some time to look around. If you’re interested in me, or my work, or just a lazy stalker hopefully you’ll be able to find everything you need here, from my writing and media appearances to live tour dates.

And make sure you bookmark the page because I’ll be adding new columns, blogs and naked photos of celebrities as often as I can. (Note: There will probably be no naked photos of celebrities, I just added that because I thought it would make people come back more often.)

Thanks to everyone for your support of Gruen this year. We have been having a great time doing our Gruen Nation election specials, and the first episode was the highest rating show on the ABC in the last 3 years.

We have some great stuff up our sleeves for the last two shows of Nation- including the return of my favourite political ad of all-time- so make sure you catch us on the ABC 9pm Wednesday nights.

I am pleased to announce that my stand-up show Wilful Misconduct has been nominated for a Helpmann Award for Best Comedy Performer.

My friend Charlie Clausen and I have also started doing a podcast. It is low-fi and definitely low-brow conversations that start with good intentions but almost always end in prison sex. You can also download it here: http://tofop.libsyn.com/webpage
